Q: My Z12 won't save any settings. I’m trying to activate motion detection.
A: Make sure you are clicking the “Sync Settings to DVR” button after you adjust the settings in the Zetta widget. If the settings have been saved but the device is still not recording to the specified settings make sure the mode selector switch is set to the custom position.
